Guide to ordering with free text from Lupin
(When ordering with quotation click here)
1. Go to: https://www.staff.lu.se/
2. Select Lupine/Proceedo on the right
3. Log in with your Lucat ID
4. Select "Purchases" from the menu bar
5. In the search window search for "Compliq"
6. Select (eg) "Compliq IT - Computer components" (or one of the other contract areas)
7. Select "Open webshop"
Now you have access to 700,000 products. Search and add the products you want to order/have ordered in the shopping cart
If you have received an item number from us to search for, you can fill it in the middle at the top and then click "Add to shopping cart"
8. When you are done go to the symbol with a cart in the upper right
9. Then click "Transfer to portal"
10. At the top right you now have a new shopping cart, click on it and select “Continue”
11. Select an Activity and fill in any additional data and click “Continue”
12. Finish the order and select "Submit order"
Guide to order with quotation from us
1. Go to: https://www.staff.lu.se/
2. Select Lupine/Proceedo on the right
3. Log in with your Lucat ID
4. Select "Purchases" from the menu bar
5. In the search window search for "Compliq"
6. Select "Fritext- Compliq IT AB - Computer components"
7. Fill in Short description (internal description)
8. For example, in the Description it can say Order according to quotation
9. Number "1" (for example)
10. Price per unit (total price for example)
It is also common to choose, for example, to attach an attachment by clicking on “Add an attachment” above the Buy button
11. Click on the green "Buy" button at the bottom — done!
Return Management
To make a return, we ask you to do the following

Fill in the return request form
(see also in the footer of the webpage for delivery information and return handling)

Submit the form, make sure that the order number/invoice number is included.
- ! 3
Ensure that the goods are returned to us. Either leave at our store, ask for pickup at cost price or send the item in to us.
- ! 4
Crediting, part-crediting, replacement or repair is then regulated by contract.
